Invisalign Treatment in 3 Steps

Invisalign | Alpharetta Creek Restorative Dentistry

Very few adults would choose to spend years of their lives stuck with metal braces. In fact, without any other suitable option, most adults would simply forgo treatment.

But we do have a very suitable option that is convenient, comfortable, and easy. Invisalign treatment at our Alpharetta, GA dental office is the simplest way we know for adults to fix crooked teeth and get the smile they want.

And for the outstanding results they provide, treatment with Invisalign isn’t all that complicated. We can actually complete the procedure in just three steps:

Step 1: We Personalize Your Treatment Plan

Once you decide that Invisalign’s right for you, you will come to our office and Dr. Liang will take images and impressions of your teeth to create a virtual 3-D model. This model allows him to predict the movement of your teeth to develop a treatment plan that’s customized specifically for you. Based on this model, a set of Invisalign aligners will be created at a custom lab.

Step 2: You Wear Your Aligners Daily

When the aligners are ready, you’ll return to our office and we’ll provide instructions for using them. Generally, you need to wear the comfortable aligners for at least 22 hours a day. That’s right, you have up to two hours a day to eat meals and brush and floss without wearing the trays. On average, Invisalign treatment takes about a year.

Step 3: Smile, Smile, Smile!

That’s it! You’ve earned the right to show off your lovely new smile. Just remember that after Invisalign treatment you will need to wear custom retainers provided at our Alpharetta, GA dental office. This protects your investment by ensuring that your newly aligned teeth stay in their proper positions.

We hope we’ve convinced you that Invisalign really is one of the easiest and most convenient ways to solve the problem of misaligned teeth. If you would like to learn more, please call our Alpharetta, GA dental office to arrange a consultation!
