After careful consideration of the latest CDC and government recommendations, we have made the difficult decision to close our office for all patients with general dental needs until Monday, March 30th, 2020; however, we will open for emergency patients on an as-needed basis. Alpharetta Creek Restorative Dentistry is committed to flatten the curve and slow progression of this illness in our community. We have enforced extra measures to ensure our office is a safe environment and we are proud of our daily infection control, but we also recognize the importance of practicing social distance and reducing public exposure.

During this time, we remain committed to serving your dental needs. Our office is scheduled to open on Monday, April 6th, 2020, but should anything change with our schedule, our staff will keep you updated. Stay well and help those around you who are in need!  Dr. Kai, Dr. Obeid, and staff

The holidays are upon us!  At this time of year, things are hectic and you may not have thought about your dental insurance.

Alpharetta Creek Restorative Dentistry provides our patients with the best care possible, and an important part of this process is informing patients of their dental needs.  Many individuals who are paying for dental insurance do not realize that their plans provide coverage up to a certain dollar amount annually.  Consequently, some patients are not scheduling for dental treatment they need, deserve, and have insurance to cover.  Unfortunately, numerous patients do not realize insurance benefits for each year cannot be carried over to the next year.  The bottom line, what the patient does not use they lose.

The main reasons you should schedule your treatment this year are: to avoid wasting your benefits, you may have already met your deductible, dental problems can worsen and fees may change over time.

Each year our schedule is very full in November and December.  Contact the office as soon as possible to ensure we can accommodate you before the end of the year.

If you have any questions regarding your incomplete treatment or retaining insurance benefits, call the office at (770)777-2803 and one of our friendly staff will be happy to assist you.

Best wishes for a Happy Holiday Season.
