This patent came to our office 10 months ago hoping to achieve the perfect smile she has always wanted since she was younger. Her goal was to close the gaps between her teeth, and with the help of clear aligners, we were able to give her the smile she’s always wanted. SureSmile is a proven technology that is almost invisible to others with the ease of home care. 

Patient came in with the concern of crowded front teeth a few months before her wedding. Through using clear aligners, we were able to achieve the smile she desired before her big day!

This patient had some crowding and alignment issues and we cleared it up with this clear aligner treatment. 

Like many of our patients, this patient has had orthodontic treatment (braces) in the past. Due to broken retainers, eventually crowding started happening with his front teeth. Instead of letting it get worse, we decided to use Sure Smile to move these teeth back in alignment in a few appointments. The total treatment time took 4.5 months.

This patient came in with severe pain on biting/pressure due to a tooth that had split into halves. We were able to restore her ability to chew in comfort with an implant and a crown.

This patient called our office the night before due to a broken tooth. We were able to get him into the office the next morning to start repairing this tooth before it becomes a serious issue.

Patient was unhappy with the appearances of her lower teeth. Based on patient's desire of having teeth that match the upper, we placed and replaced several crowns for her to smile confidently again.

This patient recently completed orthodontic treatment and would like to further improve her smile with whitening. After 2 weeks of at home whitening and 1 session of in office whitening, we were all very satisfied with the results.

This patient was dissatisfied with her smile due to stained tooth and fillings along the gum line. We restored her smile by replacing those old fillings with high quality and color matching fillings. Note: slight bleeding at the gum line is normal after a procedure.

This patient has been hiding her teeth for as long as she could remember due to missing front teeth, she just wants to smile again. Knowing how important this is to her, we were able to come up with a plan that works for her. After several visits, we were able to achieve the results she has been thinking of for so long, now she can't stop smiling.

Patient came in with a failed root canal tooth that has been bothering her for awhile. We were able to restore her chewing ability and prevent tilting of other teeth with implant and crown.

On routine exam, we found decay underneath two of the patient's existing crowns. We were able to not only save these teeth but also make them look "less like crowns."

A patient came to the practice with a missing tooth. He was embarrassed to smile since this tooth was towards the front of his mouth. After discussing several options, we opted to restore the missing tooth with an implant and crown. The patient was very comfortable throughout the process and now he cannot stop telling us how much he likes to smile.

This patient was need of cosmetic treatment for his front teeth, we were able to take care of his concern with tooth color fillings in a single appointment.

This patient came in with part of the crown missing on the palate side. Our goal for this patient was to restore this tooth back to health and to do our best to match it to the rest of the teeth. With the use of photos and having lab technician at the delivery appointment, we were able to achieve our patient's expectation.

We were able to help this patient to regain confidence with his smile and eliminate the sensitivity to temperature and brushing with tooth colored fillings in just one appointment.

This new patient called us over the holiday break due a broken veneer that was giving him a bad headache from severe sensitivity. Dr Kai did not want the patient to be in pain for the next 4 days while the office was closed, so he came in treat the patient. We were able to alleviate the discomfort, temporize the tooth and then eventually restore his smile.

This patient presented to the office with broken crown on a front tooth. Coordinating with the lab for in office shade matching, we were able to replace just one crown to match the rest of his crowns.

This patient came in with a broken filling that has been bothering him from time to time. We were able to remove all the old filling and decay, replace it with a tooth color filling, which is much more aesthetically pleasing!

This patient came to our office with upper missing teeth. Implant bridge/crowns is a good way to restore missing teeth and natural functionality, while allowing our patient to smile confidently again.
